Can you help me troubleshoot my specific pool problem?

Yes — that’s one of the main reasons people write to us. Include your pool brand, size, how long the water has been in it, what chemicals you’ve used (if any), and a description of the issue. The more detail you provide, the more specific our answer can be. Photos help too.

Will you review a product I send you?

We don’t accept free review units from manufacturers. We purchase every product we test at retail price to avoid any conflict of interest. If you have a product you think we should consider, send us the details and we’ll add it to our research shortlist for the next testing cycle.
